Before & After Project
Before: Standing water / washout / poor slope. They needed to install a new water pipe to the home which left the yard a mess. It was uneven, cause standing water, and water drainage towards the foundation.
During: We handled Excavation/ fine hand grading. We dug up all existing plants and what grass had grown. We removed construction debris and brought in screened topsoil to pitch the yard and garden correctly and away from the house.
After: Finished sod lawn and new deer resistant landscape. We finished the yard with fresh sod and a beautiful deer resistant landscape with a blue point juniper, chestnut hill laurels, a pjm rhododendron, and perennials.

Can you restore the lawn afterward? Yes. After drainage or grading work is complete, disturbed lawn areas can be restored with seed or sod, along with soil preparation and grading as needed.
